Everardo Hiarmes
Managing Partner
Everardo Hiarmes leads the relationship with investment funds, corporate venture capital, and family management offices. Serves as active board member of several companies in the Private Equity, Mining, Mass Media, Telecommunications, and Real Estate sectors. He has assisted Mexican Congressmen as an advisor in the assessment of prospective solutions to economic issues.
Mr. Hiarmes graduated Cum Laude in Economics and Government from Harvard University. He attended the Private Equity program at IPADE. Certified in Valuation from NYU Stern School of Business, and as a Latin American Private Equity Professional by the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
Paulina Gámez
Managing Partner
Paulina Gámez leads strategic advisory and transaction execution in mergers, acquisitions, and valuations across North America, Latin America, and Europe. She specializes in financial modeling, due diligence, and performance improvement, advising corporations, PE firms, and family offices to identify and unlock enterprise value. Her cross-border experience spans Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Healthcare & Biotech, and Consumer Goods. As an active investor and operator, she oversees business development, restructuring, and growth strategies for multiple portfolio companies.

She graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A. and double minors in Finance and International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), and earned an MSc in Business Analytics with Honors from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.
